These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.wheat.co.uk for delivery to UK.

www.wheat.co.uk is open 24/7, except if closed due to maintenance work. Purchases can only be made when the webshop is open.

In order to shop at www.wheat.co.uk you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years old, then you may only use the Services with your parent or guardian's permission. 

When placing an order, select the items you want to buy and click "Add to cart". You can amend and check the contents of your shopping cart right up until you place your order. Additional payments including shipping and credit/debit card charges will first be calculated once you are ready to place your order.

When you are ready to place your order, click on "Check out". On the next page, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, payment method and select your shipping method. You can change the contents of your shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on "Complete order".

Acknowledgement of Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, this acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your offer and we reserve the right to decline your offer. If we accept your offer, we will send you an order confirmation email that confirms the item(s) have been dispatched. The Contract between you and us will only be entered once you have received the Order Confirmation email. 

Delivery
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will appear before placing the order.

Non-EU customers: Please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by Wheat, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

Return policy

We will happily return any item purchased online within 30 days of receiving your order, provided your merchandise is returned in the same condition as when you received it.  

* Please note Sale items must be returned within 14 days. 

For a full refund, please complete and enclose the return form provided in your package.

When returning goods, please ensure that they are securely wrapped and wherever possible, return the items in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The return cost is held by the customer, the amount will be deducted from your order total.

Please note that the processing time for return packages can take up to 14 days after our warehouse has received your return package.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please write in big letters "RETURN PARCEL" on the outside of your parcel.

We do not accept return packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery)

All items will be inspected on return to ensure they are in a resalable condition. We will refund the full price you purchased your item(s) at including the original delivery fee to the original payment method e.g. credit card refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a faulty good, please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number and attaching any photos of the problem if possible.

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

To exercise your right to cancel, you must return your order in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, within 30 days of receiving your order. You may unpack the product and try it on, as long as it is returned in the same condition. This right is waived if you use the product in a manner that significantly reduces the product’s market value.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

The small print
Agreements with OffSpring A/S (Wheat) are concluded in English.
When you do business at OffSpring A/S (Wheat), this is covered by the general rules of Danish law, including specifically the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, contractual law and rules on consumer transactions. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the law in force in this area, i.e. primarily the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Transactions Act.

Disclaimer
OffSpring A/S (Wheat) cannot be held liable for anything other than that stated in Danish law.

Disputes
Any disputes between OffSpring A/S (Wheat) and a business entity shall be settled by the Commercial and Maritime Court of Copenhagen.

CLAIMS

Warranty
All purchases on www.wheat.co.uk have a warranty period of 24 months. If the product you have purchased with us is found defective during the warranty period, you reserve the right to have your faulty good partially or fully refunded, repaired or replaced, contingent on the circumstance. Please note that this warranty does not cover products damaged as a result of wear and tear, inappropriate use or other damaging conduct.

Complaints & Returning Faulty Goods
If you have a complaint regarding a faulty good, please contact us at webshop@wheat.eu. You must lodge your complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you have discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice.

In addition, you must return the faulty good to us within a reasonable time of sending the complaint, including details of the defect using our returns form to facilitate processing of your complaint. 

If your complaint is legitimate and you have received a defective product, Wheat will reimburse your return shipping costs. If the fault does not fall within Wheat's warranty, you will bear all responsibility for shipping including our costs for returning the item back to you after inspection.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may be able to lodge your complaint on the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Privacy

To shop at www.wheat.co.uk, you must provide at least:

Telephone/mobile number

The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see. Section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. If you have created a login in order to carry out self-service in the shop, your personal information cannot be deleted, unless you ask us to do so. Information will not be passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation at any given time. As a customer, you have the right to access our registration data about you, and you can object to registration in accordance with the rules in this Act on the processing of personal data and questions regarding this must be addressed to: webshop@wheat.eu.
